RHM has proudly acquired the catalog of one of the most prolific and talented songwriters of our generation. Charlie Midnight is an American songwriter and record producer who has been nominated for a Grammy award (writer, best R&B song, “Living in America,” James Brown); two Golden Globe awards; and has been a producer and/or writer on several Grammy-winning albums, including: The Bodyguard: Original Soundtrack Album (writer & producer “Trust in Me” – Joe Cocker, artist); Joni Mitchell’s Turbulent Indigo album (writer “How Do You Stop,”); and the album “Marlo Thomas & Friends: Thanks & Giving All Year Long (writer/producer “I’ll Give Anything But Up” – Hilary Duff, artist). Midnight has produced and written songs for over 30 films including Rocky IV, The Bodyguard, Bull Durham, Lizzie Mcguire and Ruthless People, as well as for notable artists as Billy Joel, Seal, Hilary Duff (“So Yesterday”), Joni Mitchell, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, James Brown (“Living in America”), Joe Cocker, The Doobie Brothers, George Thorogood, John Waite, Dan Hartman and Paul Young.
