Billboard Publishing Briefs: Round Hill Nabs Lifehouse Singer Jason Wade’s Catalog

Round Hill Music has acquired Lifehouse frontman Jason Wade’s catalog. The group is best known for their hits such as “Hanging by a Moment,” and “You and Me.”
“I have had the pleasure of knowing Jason for some time now,” said Round Hill founder and president Neil Gillis in a statement. “I can tell you that he is an absolute triple threat. He is an amazing writer, artist, and most importantly an amazing human being. Round Hill Music is thrilled to have Jason and his iconic catalog in the family.”
