Daily Dose is your daily source for the one song you absolutely, positively need to hear every day. Curated by the Paste Music Team.

Marc Broussard’s latest album, Easy to Love, isn’t due to be released until Sept. 15, but today Paste is proud to offer a sneak peek with an exclusive premiere of “Please Please Please.”

The album as a whole sees Broussard sporting a bit of a heavier roots/Americana influence than he has in the past, but don’t worry—he still sounds soulful as ever, and on “Please Please Please” he channels that passion into begging his kids to “please please please remember to dream dreams bigger than you are.”

“After years of trying, I’ve finally wrote one for my youngest,” Broussard says. “I can’t help but think of my children when I sing it. The song is testament to the knowledge all parents have that, one day, our children are going to fly the nest and the advice we, as parents, give them for that flight.”
