OSMR Sounds Like: Frankie Ballard doing what he really wants to do – front a rock band. For Fans of: The Cadillac Three, Old Dominion, “Chicken Fried” era Zac Brown Band Why You Should Pay Attention: Solo
Marcus Kiser has spent the last 10 years in Nashville honing his writing skills, with the bulk of those years dedicated to his band OSMR. The band’s current single and title track of their new EP, “Sweet Life,” is featured on Spotify's New Boots playlist and is being played on Sirius XM’s The Highway.
The EP was produced by acclaimed Round Hill Music songwriter Danny Myrick ("I Love This Life", “Truck Yeah”, “International Harvester”, “She’s Country”) and features co-writes from Marcus, Danny and RHM's Jimmy Robbins ("Think A Little Less", "It Goes Like This", "Lights Come On", "We Were Us") as well as other outside writers.
OSMR, booked by William Morris Endeavor, is currently on the road in support of the new album with select dates opening up for Big Machine's The Cadillac Three.
