Round Hill Music announces new hires at Nashville office

New York, NY – October 2, 2014 – Round Hill Music is excited to announce two new additions to the company, Amanda Prenevost and  Josh Saxe. Both hires will be joining the team in Nashville, Prenevost as Manager of Administration and Saxe as Associate Director of A&R.

Amanda Prenevost joins Round Hill Music Nashville from Warner/Chappell Music in Los Angeles. Prenevost is a graduate of Minnesota’s McNally Smith College of Music where she studied Music Business. Post graduation, Prenevost relocated to Los Angeles where she worked as an executive assistant to both Sheila E. and manager Lynn Mabry at Heaven Productions Music. Prenevost began her publishing career at Bug Music (now BMG Rights Management) dealing with  counterclaim resolution and foreign affiliate relations. Following Bug Music, Prenevost joined Warner/Chappell Music where she specialized in Pre-1978 copyright research.  “I’m excited to bring my expertise and experience to the Round Hill Music family” states Prenevost.

Josh Saxe joins Round Hill Music from BMG Chrysalis Nashville. Saxe is a graduate of Belmont University’s Curb College where he studied Music Business with a concentration in Music Publishing. While at Belmont University, Saxe was the president of Bruin Publishing as well as participated in BMI’s Catalog Cast, which compiles songs from local publishers to pitch. Post graduation, Saxe joined BMG Chrysalis Nashville where he was involved in managing the company’s song catalog data, as well as helping streamline the system of song delivery. Saxe is co-chair on the Leadership Council of Young Entertainment Professionals (YEP), Nashville’s fastest growing young professionals network. Saxe has also been instrumental in managing the talent selection for numerous writer showcases with both Belmont and YEP.
